Discussion on the Hydrological Mesurement of Sections of Inter Provincial Rivers in the Haihe River Basin

Hydrological measuring in provincial sections of inter provincial rivers plays a significant role in analyzing the regime of water quantity and quality, and it is also important for water resources allocation and implementation of the most stringent water management system. This paper introduces the status quo of hydrological measuring in inter provincial rivers of the Haihe river basin, and it suggests specific solutions in the construction, operation management and information sharing of Provincial Section after problems analysis. These suggestions have certain reference significance for improving the level of hydrological social service.
