一种新型上浆方法的实验研究

摘    要:提出了一种新型上浆方法,即利用水溶性PVA纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱或用水溶性PVA纤维包覆棉纱的包芯纱,在浆纱机上经过浆槽中的定温热水使水溶性PVA纤维溶解并粘附在纱线内外达到上浆目的,文中还对不同混纺比的混纺纱和包芯纱进行了上浆效果的测试分析和比较,认为主要上浆质量指标均接近或优于常规上浆纱.小样试织也说明可达到上机织造的要求.

Abstract:A new sizing method is introduced. When blended yarns made from water-soluble PVA fibers and cotton fibers, or core-spun yarns made by water-soluble fibers wrapped cotton yarn has been through certain centigrade hot water in dressing on a sizing machine. Water-soluble PVA fibers would dissolve partly and adhere to the inside and outside of the cotton yarn. This method could achieve the sizing purpose. The sizing effects of different blended rate yarns and core-spun yarns are analysed and compared. The results show that sizing quality indexes are all close to or superior to the traditional sizing yams. Finally, sample weaving experiment illustrates that the new sizing method can meet the weaving requirements on looms.
