摘    要:针对目前国内瓦楞辊工作寿命远远低于国外水平的现状,从瓦楞辊的材质入手,在分析瓦楞辊常用材质的基础上,对几种可供选择的材质进行了大量的科学试验,根据热处理后硬度及显微组织分析,从中优选出瓦楞辊的新材质,最终找到可大幅度提高瓦楞辊工作寿命的新途径。

Abstract:According to the present state that corrugated roller's life span in our country is far lower than that abroad,corrugated roller's material has been analyzed deeply in this paper.A lot of experiments have been done on nine kinds of steel materials.Through the analyses of hardness and micrographs of these heat treated materials,new materials of corrugated roller have been picked up,which can prolong corrugated roller's life span remarkably.
