摘    要:随着压缩视频通信技术和网络技术迅速发展,基于组播技术的视频传输和服务应用日益广泛;在IP网上构建了基于IP组播技术的视频传输系统,视频编码遵循H.263建议,重点研究了压缩视频流在IP网络上可靠传输的通信控制协议和机制实现,并且在嵌入式unux和WINDOWS环境下成功实现了整个系统;本系统成功地用于实验楼安全监控系统中,运行可靠.

Abstract:With the rapid progress of compressed video communication technology and network technology, the video transmission sys- tem is becomingly widely used. The design and implementation of the video transmission system based on IP multieast technology were presented, research and implementation of the communication protocol for the reliable transmission of compressed video flow in IP network were introduced. Its coding follows H. 263 recommendation. The system is realized in embedded Linux and Windows and is successfully and reliably used in the laboratory safe monitoring system.
