摘    要:通过化学还原法制备了胶体镍催化剂,并将其用于丙烯腈加氢反应。通过X射线衍射和透射电镜对催化剂进行了表征,考察了制备条件对催化性能的影响。结果表明,当c(Ni2+)=10 mmol·L-1 、温度90 ℃和n(N2H5 OH)∶nNi2+)=8时,制得的胶体镍具有较好的稳定性和催化活性,胶体镍的平均粒径为30 nm。

Abstract:Colloidal nickel acrylonitrile hydrogenation catalyst was prepared by chemical reduction. XRD and TEM were used for characterization of the catalyst. The colloidal nickel with average particle diameter of about 30 nm, exhibited higher hydrogenation activity and good stability, with optimum preparation condition as follows: 90 ℃, c(Ni2+)10 mmol·L-1,c(hydrazine)=80 mmol·L-1
