PP/秸秆复合材料的热压成型工艺研究

摘    要:以聚丙烯(PP)为基体,以农作物秸秆(麦杆)为增强剂,用热压成型的方法制备了PP/秸秆复合材料。结果表明,秸秆含量小于40份时,PP/秸秆复合材料具有良好的热压成型性。控制成型温度、压力、时间,并加入添加剂、采用粉料共混与热一机械共混双重混料等工艺,可以改善秸秆分布和界面粘合性,获得具有良好成型工艺性的PP/秸秆复合材料。

Abstract:PP/straw composites are fabricated by hot pressing, with PP as matrix and wheat straw as the reinforcing agent. The results show that PP/straw composites have a good hot pressing processability when straw content is lower then 40 phr. PP/straw composites with a good processability can be fabricated by taking some measures to improve the distribution of straw in PP and interfacial compatibility, such as controlling the forming temperature, pressure and time, adding interfacial active agent and blending the straw powder with PP particle mechanically.
