| 摘 要： | 通过分析系统的结构特征和工作原理,建立了主要部件上刀架的力学模型,计算得到上刀架的受力情况,通过Pro/e软件建立了上刀架几何模型,然后通过ANSYS进行有限元结构分析,验证结构强度满足设计要求,利用建模与仿真工具在虚拟环境下对刀架进行仿真分析,缩短了研发时间和成本,为生产制造提供了依据。
