摘 要: | 以有限元软件ANSYS为基础,对万向联轴器进行了强度、刚度分析,得出万向联轴器的轴颈和十字轴根部两处应力最大的结论,对此两位置采用焊接型电阻应变片技术设置应力测点,从而对结构复杂的万向联轴器进行扭矩测试。

Abstract: | Based on the finite element software ANSYS,the strength and stiffness of the universal coupling are analyzed.Come to a conclusion that universal coupling journal and the roots of cross shaft exist the maximum stress.The stress testing technology point is set at this two-position using welding-type resistance strain gauges technology.Torque testing is taking on the complex structure of the universal coupling. |
