GX6930客车车身结构分析与改进

摘    要:应用有限单元法对广西GX6930客车进行的车身结构分析结果表明:该车原设计的立柱多处应力响应偏高。针对这一问题在多次分析的基础上对原车结构设计进行调整,改进后的车身立柱应力响应有明显下降,文中给出了改进前后高应力区的应力对比,并对车身结构进行的思路进行阐述。

Abstract:The structure of bus body with Guangxi GX6930 type were analysed by finite element method. The results indicate that the stress response in many points on pillar designed of the bus body was higher.Based on many times analyses the structure design of the bus was adjusted. There was a distinct decline in the stress response on the pillar improved of the bus body. In this paper,it was a contrast between the stress improved and the stress pre-improve in high stress zone,and expound a train of thought in proving the structure of bus body.
