摘    要:ZS6B型直线振动筛的隔振系统采用 4个方形、剪切型橡胶减振器 ,并对称于筛箱质心布置而组成 ,能同时承受多方向载荷 ,可以同时对水平、垂直、横向等多个方向进行隔振 ,因而可以使整机的隔振系统结构设计更为简单。通过建立隔振系统的力学模型 ,得到了系统的微分方程和稳态响应下的精确解。分析了隔振系统的动力学性能 ,以及隔振系数 η与阻尼因子 ξ和频率比z0 之间的关系 ,为更好地设计、制造、使用橡胶减振器奠定了理论基础。已投入现场使用的14 6台ZS6B型直线振动筛隔振效果良好 ,所用橡胶减振器最长使用寿命达 3a ,还可继续使用 ,证明该隔振系统设计正确 ,完全满足钻井现场使用要求。

Abstract:The vibration isolation system of Model ZS6B linearshale shaker consists of four quadrate shearing rubber vibrationabsorbers, which are fixed symmetrically in sieve case eentroidand can synchronously bear loads in different directions, andcan carry out vibration isolation in horizontal, vertical andlateral directions at the same time. Therefore the design of the structure of the vibration isolation system become more simple.By establishing the mechanical model of the vibration isolationsystem, the differential equation of the system and its solutionunder stable state response are derived. The dynamicperformance of the vibration isolation system and thecorrelation between the vibration isolation coefficient η and the damping factor ζ as well as the frequency ratio Zo areanalyzed, and this provides a theoretical basis for the design,use and manufacture of the rubber vibration absorber.
