| 摘 要： | 通过对回转式冲瓶称重灌装旋盖一体机的论述,了解该机的特点和工艺。重点阐述了回转式称重灌装机的相关内容,绝对零位和设备零位的概念,探讨了称重控制的方法,全面论述了通过控制器进行称重控制的原理和解决办法。对重传感器安装座、灌装阀和清洗系统、料缸和物料供给机构的阐述,解析了回转式称重灌装机的关键技术。简要论述塑料防盗盖旋盖机的盖子传送和瓶子传送系统、旋盖头的组成和作用。
