| 摘 要： | 研究不同采收期栽培与野生无梗五加叶中总黄酮及多糖含量的变化,为更好地开发利用无梗五加资源提供理论依据.采用紫外分光光度法,以芦工作为对照品,在500nm波长下测定不同采收期栽培与野生无梗五加叶中总黄酮的含量;采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法,以葡萄糖作为对照品,在620nm波长下测定不同采收期栽培与野生无梗五加叶中可溶性多糖和粗多...
