摘    要:介绍72A高碳钢线材生产工艺。冶炼过程炉前出钢温度大于1600℃,精炼时间不低于50 min;连铸采用全保护浇注,结晶器电磁搅拌;轧钢过程,采用侧进侧出步进梁式加热炉,在精轧机组水冷段后增加4机架减定径机组,控冷采用带有"佳灵"装置的大风量高风压延迟冷却型斯太尔摩线。结果表明,72A试验钢生产工艺合理,成分波动小,线材中心偏析小于2级,索氏体体积分数85%~93%,力学性能良好,各项指标满足用户要求。

Abstract:To introduce 72A high carbon wire rod production process. In smelting process, the tapping temperature before furnace is higher than 1 600℃, refining time is no less than 50 min, full protective pouring is adopted in continuous casting, crystallizer adopts electromagnetic stirring. In steel rolling process, the side charge and side discharge walking beam furnace is used in heating, adding 4 stands size reducing block after finishing mill group water cooling section in controlled rolling, blast volume high pressure delay cooling Stelmor line with "Jialing" installation in controlled cooling. Results show that the production process of 72A steel is reasonable, chemical composition fluctuation is small, center segregation of wire rod is less than level 2, sorbite volume fraction is from 85% to 93% , the mechanical properties are well, all indications meet the requirements of consumer.
