摘    要:采用预聚体法制备了聚氨酯弹性体(PUE)/微米SiO2复合材料,通过硅烷偶联剂KH-550对微米SiO2表面改性以及超声波分散的方法来提高微米SiO2在PUE基体中的分散性,并研究了表面处理后微米SiO2对PUE/微米SiO2复合材料的磨损性能的影响.结果表明,经过表面处理微米SiO2的用量对复合材料的磨损性能影响较大...

Abstract:Polyurethane elastomer(PUE)/micron-SiO2 composites were prepared by means of prepolymer process.Micron-SiO2 was modificated in surface with silane coupling agent KH-550 and ultrasonic wave dispersion was adopted to improve its dispersibility in PUE matrix.The effects of the micron-SiO2 which was modified on the erosion properties of the composites were studied.The results indicated that the treated micron-SiO2 was dispersed uniformly in PU matrix and the erosion properties of the composites were greatly imp...
