摘    要:综述了合成多苯基多亚甲基多胺的反应机理以及液相反应法和液固相反应法的催化工艺技术的研究进展,重点对应用广泛的以盐酸为催化剂的液相反应法涉及到的工艺流程、反应选择性、质量控制、环境等问题进行了探讨,指出了多胺合成技术今后的研究重点和方向.

Abstract:The synthetic mechanism of polymethylene polyphenyl polyamines(polyamine for short) and the development of liquid-phase and liquid-solid-phase catalytic reaction process were reviewed.The process,reaction selectivity,quality control and environment problem of liquid-phase process using hydrochloric acid as catalyst which was widely applied in industry were focused on in this paper.The research emphasis and direction for future of polyamine synthesis were presented.
