涡旋式空气压缩机一次平衡的稳定性分析

摘    要:提出了在涡旋式空气压缩机的一次平衡中存在型线的惯性倾覆力矩,分析了惯性倾覆力矩对动涡盘的倾覆力矩以及对运转稳定性的影响,并给出了惯性倾覆力矩作用角的计算公式,接着又推导了惯性倾覆力矩作用角与排气角之间的耦合关系,最后得到了惯性倾覆力矩作用角的选取准则。

Abstract:Presents the inertia overturn moment of wrap that exists in the first balance design of scroll air compressor at the same time, analyzes the influences of the inertia ouerturn moment of wrap on the overturn moment of orbiting scroll and its operation stability, and gives computational formula of the acting angle of the inertia overturn moment. It is then deduced that there is a coupling relationship between the acting angle of the inertia overturn moment and the discharge angle. At last the rule for selection of the acting angle of the inertia overturn moment has formed.
