| 摘 要： | 拆迁赔偿货币化具有简化拆迁安置工作程序，调整和完善城市功能机构、居住者结构、居住结构等功能，使拆迁补偿更合理、科学、公正。在推行拆迁赔偿货币化的过程中，需建立和完善资金支持体系、政策支持体系、政府监管体系、开发建设体系。

| Abstract: | Monetization of compensation for relocation is good for simplification of the procedures for relocation and resettlement, making thecompensation more reasonable, scientific and fair as well as making it possible to adjust and perfect the structure of city functions, compositionof inhabitants, and the inhabitation structure, etc. When implementing the monetization of compensation for relocation, it is necessary to set upand perfect the fund supporting system, policy supporting system, governmental control system and the development and construction system. |
