| 摘 要： | 介绍了金陵石化公司炼油厂二套常减压装置加热炉存在露点腐蚀、对流室排烟温度高以及炉子保温衬里效果差等问题，分析了加热炉效率较低的原因。采用声波除灰系统、烟气回收系统、纤维和岩棉喷涂及相应的流程调整等措施进行改造，并对改造效果作了分析。

| Abstract: | The efficiency of the furnace in No.2 atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of JPC refinery was low,the causes of which,such as dew point corrosion,high flue gas temperature in the convention chamber and poor performance of the thermal insulation linling etc. were analyzed.The adopted transforming measures including the application of sonic soot removing system,flue gas recovery system,fiber spray coating,rock wool spray coating and correspondent adjustment of flow scheme,as well as the analysis of the results,were presented. |
