气态烃低温绝热转化催化剂

摘    要:用浸渍法制备了一种新型气态烃低温绝热转化催化剂Z502。X射线小角度衍射表明.催化剂中NiO得到了充分的细化,晶粒大小为8.7nm。用加压微反装置评价了催化剂在不同条件下的使用性能,结果表明,该催化剂具有活性高和稳定性好等特点。

Abstract:A newly-developed catalyst for low-temperature adiabatic reforming of gaseous hydrocarbons, Z 502 was prepared by soakage method. XRD shows that the active component is well distributed and crystal Ni grain size is only 8.7 nm. The application performance of the catalyst under different conditions was tested in a pressured micro-reactor, the result shows that the developed catalyst has the character of high activity and well stability.
