平板式SCR催化剂的性能检测

摘    要:选取了3种商用新鲜平板式脱硝催化剂,参考《火电厂烟气脱硝催化剂检测技术规范》(DL/T 1286—2013)的试验要求,对其机械性能、微观特性和工艺特性进行了系统的检测分析。测试结果表明:3种平板式催化剂磨损强度和粘附强度较高,均表现出较好的机械性能;平板式催化剂样品的比表面积较高,在70~100 m2/g。工艺特性试验结果表明,3种催化剂样品均具有很高活性和脱硝效率,SO2/SO3转化率低于1%。所采用的试验方法和试验数据可为板式催化剂的性能评判提供借鉴。

Abstract:The mechanical performance, micro characteristics and technical activity of three commercial plate SCR catalysts are evaluated systematically according to the requirements in the Testing Guideline of SCR Catalysts for Thermal Power Plant(DL/T 1286-2013). The evaluation results show that all three catalysts have good mechanical performance with high abrasion resistance and adhesion strength. The BET surface area of the catalysts is quite large, ranging from 70 m2/g to 100 m2/g. In the technical activity analysis these catalysts exhibit high activity and low SO2/SO3 conversion rate which is less than 1%. The methods adopted and the results obtained in this paper can provide references for the performance evaluation of plate catalysts.
