摘    要:为了探讨中国电网主要自然灾害风险及防御策略,根据高压电网故障统计资料,分析了中国电网中自然灾害概况,同时结合主要自然灾害对电网损毁性影响的特征及其时空分布特征,指出目前中国高电压主网的安全风险主要有:大范围冰灾、大面积污闪、大面积线路覆冰舞动。提出了提高电网抗灾水平的主要途径是提高设计标准,并综合考虑自然灾害时空分布特征、频度,线路的重要程度等,有针对性地进行差异化设计。

Abstract:In order to study the risks of main natural disasters in power network and the corresponding prevention strategies, the general situation of natural disasters in power network in China is analyzed according to the failure statistics of high voltage power networks. Based on the spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of natural disasters and their damage on the power network, it is concluded that the main safety risks of the high-voltage network in China are large-area icing accident, large-scale pollution flashover and large-scale ice coating galloping. And the main way for improving the anti disaster ability of power networks is to increase the design standards and make differential designs with a comprehensive consideration of the spatial-temporal distribution and frequency of disasters, as well as the importance of transmission lines.
