摘    要:循环水泵进水流道的合理设计是核电站循环水泵和循环水系统安全经济运行的前提和重要保证。依据重力相似准则,对某滨海核电一期工程按照1∶30相似比尺设计了循环水泵进水流道试验模型,进行了流道流量分配、自由表面涡和水中涡等试验。根据试验结果确定了整流措施和消涡装置。研究结果对工程建设具有实际意义,为后续循环水泵进水流道设计奠定了良好基础。

Abstract:As an indispensable precondition, reasonable design of circulating water pump(CWP) intake pit plays a vital role ensuring the secure and economic operation of CWP and circulating water system in nuclear power plants (NPP). According to Froude similarity criteria, a test model with the scale ratio of 1∶30 is designed and used in flow distribution test, free surface vortex test and submerged vortex test for a certain coastal NPP phase one project. The flow distribution countermeasures and anti-vortex device are determined based on the model test results, which is of great practical significance for the project construction such that solid foundations can be laid for the subsequent CWP intake pit design.
