| Abstract: | The operation mode of seal gas in low temperature cold box of air separation plant and the control of flow,pressure and oxygen content of seal gas in cold box of air separation plant have great influence on safe operation,stable operation,shutdown standby and fault handling of low temperature cold box of air separation plant.Taking Masteel 20000 m3/h air separation plant as an example,this paper analyzes the specific application of different control methods of cold box seal gas during the start-up,operation,shutdown and low-temperature cold box fault of air separation plant,and describes control method of seal gas in cold box in detail. |
