| 摘 要： | 传统的涂装工艺都是先喷涂底漆,再刮涂腻子、喷面漆,而实际生产中,出现了先刮涂腻子后喷涂底漆的工艺。文章从涂装质量、涂装生产效率、涂装成本等方面分析了工件前处理后先刮涂腻子、干燥、打磨后再进行底漆涂装的新涂装工艺流程,并从前处理、腻子性能等方面分析存在的问题和可行性。

| Abstract: | In traditional coating process,primer spraying is carried out first,and then puttying and finishing. Now a new coating process of putty coating before primer spraying is applied in actual production.In this paper,the new coating technology with puttying after pretreatment,and then drying,grinding and primer painting is analyzed in coating quality,production efficiency and cost,etc.Also existing problem and feasibility of this new coating technology are analyzed in aspects of pretreatment and putty properties. |
