摘    要:采用三维电极电解中试装置处理印制线路板含铜废水.考察了极间距、填充颗粒、电解电压及电解时间对铜去除效果的影响,并设计了回收铜的工艺.实验表明,适宜的运行条件为极间距4 cm,以填充体积2:1比例添加活性炭和直径2~3 mm玻璃珠,电解电压22 V,电解135 min,此时铜离子去除率为80.6%,电流为2.67 A,进...

Abstract:Cu-containing wastewater from printed circuit board factory was treated by pilot electrolytic reactor with three-dimensional electrode,and the effect of plate distance,filling particle,electrolytic voltage and time on the efficiency of treatment was investigated to obtain the optimal experiment conditions. The results showed that the optimal conditions were the plate distance of 4.0 cm,electrolytic voltage of 22 V,and electrolytic time of 135 min with activated carbon and glass bead as filling materials.Under this condition,the removal rate of Cu in wastewater reached to 80.6%.By using this method,0.14 kg of copper could be recovered from per ton wastewater at the current of 2.67 A and inlet copper concentration of 170 mg/L.
