摘    要:某热电厂的3#发电机发生了非同期合闸,短路电流为6000A,定子绕组端部多根线棒位移达到10mm左右,固定绑扎绳多根断裂.进行常规的试验没有发现绝缘缺陷,当进行交流耐压试验时,定子绕组绝缘发生击穿.本文对发电机故障后的绝缘试验情况及绝缘击穿部位的查找进行了重点介绍.

Abstract:The #3 generator of a thermal power plant switched in unparallel.The short-circuits current was 6000A,the displacement of several winding bars at the bottom of the stator winding reached about 10mm,and several attached banding cords cracked.The insulation defect was not detected in the conventional test.When the alternating current breakdown test was carried out,the stator winding insulation broke down.In this paper,the insulation test after breakage and searching the location of the breakdown insulation are detailed.
