基座孔系加工工艺设计方法

摘    要:作为关键基础构件,雷达天线机电式转台基座的加工工艺会影响传动系统装配精度。针对需安装方位传动装置和方位同步机组等的基座孔系加工工艺,提出并分析了一种基于钻孔模设计及运用的基座加工工艺设计方法。经实际应用表明,该工艺具有加工孔系精度高、雷达系统装配后传动误差小等特征。

Abstract:As a key basic component, the machining technology of the pedestal of the eleetrome- chanical rotary platform of a radar antenna can influence the assembly accuracy of the drive system. A machining technology of the pedestal designed and applied based on the drill jig is presented and analyzed, in terms of the machining technology of the bearing driver and synchronizer set. Actual application indicates that the technology features high accuracy of holes and small drive error after the radar system is installed.
