交叉互联的单芯XLPE电缆绝缘在线监测系统

摘    要:为了在线监测交叉互联的单芯XLPE电缆的绝缘状态,提出基于NI数据采集卡的电力电缆绝缘在线监测系统。该系统包括安装于金属护层交叉互联处的电流、电压传感器,装有NI公司数据采集卡的下位机,分析数据的上位机;根据金属护层感应电压与护层电流的变化情况,采用先进的硬件设备与基于LabVIEW编译的监测程序实时监测电缆的运行状况,并及时判断故障是否发生。其中,数据采集卡保证了信号的同步采集,上位机与下位机通过网络进行通信,保证了数据实时分析。系统利用LabVIEW对信号进行采集与分析,实现了数据存储、波形回放与故障判断的功能。

Abstract:For online monitoring the insulation state of cross-linked single-core XLPE cable,a power cable insulation online monitoring system based on a NI data acquisition card was proposed in this paper.The system was included current and voltage sensors installed on the cross-linked metal sheath,slave computers equipped with data acquisition card from NI company,and host computers for analyzing the data.Based on the changing condition of induced voltage and current extracted from mental sheath,the cable operation condition can be real time monitored and the cable fault can be tested by using advanced hardware and LabVIEW program.The data acquisition card guaranteed signal synchronous acquisition.Host computer was communicated with slave computer through the network,which ensured the real-time data analysis.LabVIEW program was used to control data collection and analysis,thus to realize three main functions of data stor-age,waveform playback and fault judging.
