XRD技术在烯烃聚合催化剂制备过程中的应用

摘    要:应用XRD技术,对烯烃聚合催化剂制备过程中的各个物相进行分析。结果表明,MgCl2(a)具有δ-MgCl2晶相结构,粒径较小,适合作为烯烃聚合催化剂的载体;改变氯代正丁烷和镁粉的摩尔比可以调控载体的组成和结构;配体负载后与MgCl2发生相互作用而形成中间体,再加入TICl4后,TiCl4同中间体中的配体发生反应原位生成了配合物。

Abstract:The every phase in the preparation of catalysts for olefin polymerization was analyzed by XRD technique. The results indicated that MgCl2(a) possessed 8-MgCl2 crystalline phase and small particle size, therefore MgCl(a) was suitable to be used as a support for olefin polymerization. The composition and structure of support could be modified by changing the molar ratio of n-butane to magnesium powder. Due to the supporting and interaction of ligand, the intermediate product was formed. Upon the addition of TICl4, the intermediates could be in situ reacted to yield complex.
