摘    要:从市场需求空间、丰富的原料保障来阐述了我国果蔬汁加工业的前景,从水果浓缩汁和果蔬汁饮料加工的设备,技术方面介绍了我国果蔬汁加工的现状及与国际间的差距,从标准对比方面阐述了我国果蔬汁加工业急需统一,完善的产品标准。

Abstract:The prospects of the fruit and vegetable juice processing industry in China are stated by analyzing the space of market requirements and the supply of abundant raw materials. The current situation of fruit and vegetable juice processing in China and the extent of our falling short compared with the world's juice processing are introduced in the respects of the equipment and technology for fruit juice concentrates and fruit and vegetable juice drinks. And the necessity for unified and perfect standard in the fruit and vegetable juice processing industry in China is indicated in standard comparison.
