Abstract: | A technology has been developed for improving the properties of ShKhl7 steel powder, obtained from bearing production waste sludge by familiar technological processes. On the basis of theoretical and experimental studies, we have ascertained the optimal conditions for ball milling, grinding, and heat treatment of the powders so as to improve their fluidity and bulk density.
