摘    要:本文采用YJG-Ⅱ激光微区分析仪、组合式多功能光栅光谱仪、CCD数据采集处理系统、构成的激光微等离子体光谱分析系统,以国家土壤成份分析标准物质(GBW 07411)为样品,实验研究了碳粉作为缓冲剂对激光微等离子体光谱强度的影响;结果表明:碳粉作为缓冲剂增强了激光束和土壤样品表面的热耦合效率以及样品内部的能量传递效率,提高了样品的采样量,当碳粉含量为25%时,分析谱线强度明显增强.

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of different content of carbon in soil samples(the standard material GBW07411 as the samples) for Laser micro-plasma spectroscopy radiant intensity were stduied,using a laser micro-plasma spectral analysis system which consists of a YJG-II laser micro-spectral analyzer,CCD,and a computer.This result shows that the heat coupling efficiency between laser beam and surface of samples and efficiency of energy transfer in samples are increased by carbon as a buffer.The radiations intensi...
