有源R型在线电阻测量电路及其神经网络的温度补偿法

摘    要:提出一种有源R型在线电阻测量电路,该在线电阻测量电路是由集成运放和电阻组成的电阻/频率变换器,易于集成化。另外,提出了一种采用人工神经网络对测量电路受环境温度变化的补偿方法,计算机仿真实验表明这种方法能有效地克服环境温度对在线测量电路的影响。

Abstract:An active R measurement circuit of in circuit resistance is proposed in the paper. The circuit is composed of only integrated operational amplifiers and resistors, and it is suitable for IC fabrication. In addition, the method of compensating the measurement circuit under the environment temperature by using artificial neural network is presented. It is shown that the proposed method is effective for overcoming the environment temperature influence on the measurement circuit by computer emulation experiments.
