摘    要:提出了基于半导体激光器(LD)自混合干涉原理的光纤Fabry-Perot(F-P)传感器。采用F-P腔模型推导出了LD输出功率、频率与外部光纤F-P腔长变化的理论关系式,分析讨论了这种传感器的分辨率、测量范围、线性度、灵敏度等特性。实验结果与理论分析基本吻合。与现有的外腔式F-P干涉光纤传感器相比,LD自混合干涉光纤F-P传感器具有结构简单、紧凑、易准直等优点。

Abstract:A Fabry-Perot(F-P) fiber optic sensor based on the self-mixing effect of laser diode(LD) is presented.Using a F-P cavity model,the relationships between the output-power and frequency of LD with the length change and the direction of extrinsic fiber F-P cavity are educed in theory.Its characteristics,such as resolution,measurement range,linearity and sensitivity are analyzed.An experiment system is developed.Experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analytic demonstration.Compared with extrinsic Fabry-Perot fiber optic sensors,the new sensor is characterized by simple structure and better stability.
