远红外线加热在塑料加工中的应用

摘    要:以聚氯乙烯(PVC)板热成型为例,介绍了远红外线技术的应用,如何制备辐射远红外线的涂料(辐射材料)以及改进加热元件等。实践证明:在塑料加工中应用远红外线加热,可节省大量能源,高效、快速、简单易行,且可提高产品质量,具有普遍应用的价值。

Abstract:Taking the heat forming of PVC plates for example, the application of far infrared ray, the preparation of radiation far infrared coat (radiative material) and the improvement of heating element were introduced. It was proved practically that far infrared heating was a simple, practical, efficient and energy saving method in plastic processing.
