大型混流、轴流泵站水泵出水流道断流设施优化选择的建议

为了使工程安全稳定运行,提出对于采用平直出水流道的大型混流、轴流泵站工程必须进行水力过渡过程分析计算,并提出安全可靠的断流设施,同时确定合理的关闭时间。此外,提出国家标准《泵站设计规范》对水泵出水流道断流设施应优先选择运行可靠、调节灵活、结构简单的液控蝶阀的建议。

Recommendation on optimized selection of flow cutoff facility for outlet conduit of large scale mixed flow pumping station and axial flow pumping station

It is put forward that analysis and calculation on the hydraulic transient must be made for the large mixed flow and axial flow pumping stations with flat and straight water outlet conduits,so as to ensure safe and stable operation of the project concerned.Furthermore,safe and reliable cutoff facilities must be selected and reasonable closing time must be determined as well.Moreover,it is proposed that the butterfly valve of reliable operation,flexible adjustment and simple structure should be prescribed as the firstly selected cutoff facility for the outlet conduit in the "Design code for pumping station".
