摘    要:企业文化对企业的发展具有导向功能、凝聚功能,激励功能和约束功能;其组成元素有企业环境,价值观、英雄人物、企业仪式和文化网络,片面、机械、僵化的对企业文化的认识只能阻碍企业的发展,发展企业文化应立足于分析企业内外因素,提炼企业核心价值,传 授员工接受新的企业文化,企业领导身体力行,信守价值观念,建立激励机制,巩固企业文化;使企业文化发展切合企业实际,符合经济发展规律,与时俱进。

Abstract:Enterprise culture has the functions of guide orientation,cohesion,activation and restriction in the development of the en-terprise and it is composed of enterprise environment ,enterprise values,enterprise elite,and enterprise observance and culture net-work.Unilateral and hidebound cognition of enterprise culture will only hinder the normal enterprise development.The development of enterprise culture should be established in the intensive analysis of the inside and outside factors in the enterprise and the core enter-prise values should be distilled.In addition,the employees should receive new enterprise culture education and the enterprise managers should earnestly practice and stand by such enterprise culture.Besides,relative inspiration mechanism should be established to consoli-date the enterprise culture.On the other hand,the development of enterprise culture should be also in accord with the economical de-velopment and the practical situation of the enterprise.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
