摘    要:蜗杆传动是重要的齿轮传动类型之一,具有传动比大、结构紧凑等优点,广泛应用在矿山、冶金、起重运输、化工和国防等行业。但是蜗杆蜗轮的齿面属于复杂造型,利用Pro/E的强大功能用方程建立精确的渐开线,可以保证齿形的准确性。同时Pro/E的自动更新功能为以后的修改和优化提供了方便,使并行工程成为可能。

Abstract:The worm drive is one of the important gear types,have the advantages of high transmission ratio and compact structure,widely used in metallurgy,mining,lifting and transportation,chemical industry,defense and other industries.But the tooth surface of worm and worm gear is a complex modeling,while make use of the power of Pro/E can establish accurate involute by equation,can guarantee the accuracy of profile.At the same time,Pro/E automatic updates feature provides a convenient for future modification and optimization and make it possible to concurrent engineering.
