历史文化街区完整性保护规划实践——以台州市“十里长街”保护与更新规划（第二期）为例

"十里长街"依河而建,商贸功能突出,建筑形态独特,历史遗存丰富.其二期保护与更新详细规划提出完整保护水乡特色、水街格局和"九宫格"肌理,扩大重点保护区范围,维持古建筑的原真性,恢复商贸活动,对两个节点进行重点保护,突出体现了完整性保护的原则.

Practice in Integrity Preservation of Historical and Cultural Street Blocks——With the Preservation and Renewal Planning (Phase Ⅱ) of the "Ten Li Street" in Taizhou as an Example

The "Ten Li Street" was built along the river, with prominent function in business and trade and peculiar architecture configuration and rich his- torical heritage. The Phase II detailed planning for preservation and renewal has put forward the prin- ciple of integrity preservation of the features of the water village, pattern of the water street and tex- ture of the "nine-square division", expansion of the scope of key preservation area, maintaining the originality of the ancient architecture, restoring the business and trade activities and giving prominence to the integrity preservation.
