摘    要:利用大型三维分析软件Pro/E的Pro/MECHANICA模块,采用多刚体动力学原理对1400型压裂泵动力端的运动和动载荷进行分析与仿真,对箱体施加设计计算和强度校核所需载荷,进而利用有限元法对箱体这个复杂结构零件进行分析与研究,为箱体乃至整个泵的设计和校核提供参考,为设计和研制复杂箱体提供了一种有效的分析方法。

Abstract:In the paper,Pro/MECHANICA module of Pro/E,a large-three-dimensional analysis software and kinetics of multi-body theory are used to count and check the pump case's performance.On the basis of the motion analyses of 1400 fracturing pump's power end and the simulation of kinetics about the pump,the loads that are required to count and check the pump case's performance were got.Then the complex construction of the pump case have been analyzed and studied by using finite-element method effectively.All of these can supply reference to designing and checking of the whole pump.This paper offers a kind of effective method to design and study the complex construction of the pump case.
