摘    要:介绍了基于可编程控制器和触摸屏的连杆清洗设备的技术方案、控制系统的组成和软件设计。该控制系统以可编程控制器为控制中心,触摸屏为人机接口,在实现生产管理自动化的同时,同时满足生产过程实时监控。

Abstract:This paper introduces the technical scheme of connecting rod cleaning equipment based on PLC and touch screen,the composition of the control system and the software design. The control system takes the programmable logic controller as its core,and the touch screen as human- machine interface. In the implementation of production management automation,it also realized the production process real- time monitoring.
