摘    要:为提高重力式油水分离器的分离效率,从改善设备内流场的角度出发,对布液板进行了数值模拟,并研究分析了其孔径和开孔率对轴向速率相对标准偏差的影响,对无布液板、单布液板和双布液板3种结构情况进行了试验研究。结果表明:布液板的加入能有效地消除返混,提高流场分布均匀性。当开孔率20%~25%,孔径8 mm时稳流效果最好。单布液板相对于无布液板结构能显著提高分离效率,但当处理量增大时,其处理能力不稳定,而双布液板结构在处理量较大时仍保持较稳定的处理能力。

Abstract:In order to improve the separation efficiency of the gravity type oil-water separator,the perforated plate and its pore size and porosity are simulated to value their influences on the flow field. And then three conditions( without porous baffle,single porous baffle and double porous baffles) are studied by indoor experimental method. Research results show that the perforated baffle can eliminate backmixing and improve the uniformity of flow field effectively. When the pore size is 8 mm and the porosity is between 20% and25%,the flow field is the most homogeneous. Compared with the structure without perforated baffle,single perforated baffle can improve the separation efficiency significantly,but its throughput is unstable when the process load increases. However,the double perforated baffles structure can keep a stable throughput in the case of larger process load.
