摘    要:利用严格、稳态的流体力学计算软件INPLANT,对某1 000万t/a常减压蒸馏装置常压转油线进行水力学计算,得到沿转油线长度方向一维的压力、温度变化剖面,以及流体的流速、流型分布和持液量等数据,有利于详细了解转油线中各部分流体的操作状态,以便于转油线的优化设计。通过与工业数据的对比,发现该软件的模拟值与实际测量值相近,准确度较高。

Abstract:The rigorous and steady computational fluid dynamics software INPLANT is used to carry out the calculation of the hydraulics simulation of the transfer line of a 1 000×104t / a crude and vacuum distillation unit whereby the single-dimensional pressure and temperature profile along the longitudinal direction of the transfer line,as well as the flow velocity,flow pattern,liquid holdup and so on can be obtained. It is beneficial to learn more about the operating status of the transfer line in each part,and is convenient for the optimal design of transfer line. Compared with industrial data,the simulation value of the software is very close to the actual measured data,and is of high accuracy.
