摘    要:对浓密机的给料井进行了新的改造,给出了新的结构模型参数,对新型给料井进行了试验研究。结果表明,该新型给料井相对于常规给料井可明显降低料浆流速,减少矿浆流的周向运动,减少短路流的存在,有效地改善固相的沉积分散状况,对矿浆进行周向释能,增加矿物颗粒在给料井内的停留时间,最后使矿浆均匀稳定排出。

Design and experimental study of a new feeding well for thickener

Abstract:In this paper, a new modification of the feed well of thickener is given and a new structural model parameter is given.The experimental study on the new feed well.The results show that the new feed wells can significantly reduce the slurry flow rate relative to the conventional feed wells. The new feed well can reduce the circumferential movement of the slurry flow, can explain the release of the slurry in the circumferential direction and increase the residence time of the mineral particles in the feed well. Finally make the slurry uniform and stable discharge.
