摘    要:LLC谐振变换器拓扑具有高效率和高功率密度的优势,广泛应用于DC-DC变换器场合。因为传统LLC谐振变换器难以适应宽电压范围输出,采用移相控制拓宽三电平LLC谐振变换器的系统增益范围,减小工作频率范围,提升轻载下的系统效率。移相模式下采用传统基波近似法分析时,系统增益曲线会与实际值偏差较大,分析其原因后,采用时域分析法建立了精确度更高的系统增益曲线,依据时域分析模型,提出了一种三电平LLC谐振变换器电感比(励磁电感与谐振电感的比值)的设计方法。实验结果表明:移相控制将增益范围从0.8~1.0提高到了0.5~1.0,并且采用所提电感比设计方法 ,软开关实现良好。

Abstract:The LLC resonant converter topology is widely used in DC-DC converter applications due to its advantages in achieving high efficiency and high power density. However, the conventional LLC resonant converter is not suitable for wide output range. The phase-shift control is used to extend the gain range and narrow the working frequency range, which is helpful for the light load efficiency. The gain characteristics have the great mismatch when the first-harmonic approximation(FHA) is used in the phase-shift mode. The reason is analysed and the time domain analysis is used to get the high precision gain characteristics. A design procedure for inductor ratio is proposed in the phase-shift control. The experimental results verify that phase-shift control extend the gain range from 0.8~1.0 to 0.5~1.0 by. The soft switch is achieved well with the design procedure of inductor ratio proposed in the paper.
