基于技术的医学内植物制造

摘    要:利用目标组织的医学CT或MRI等测量数据,通过反求软件对数据进行反求、重构获得所需医学内植物的三维数据模型,由快速成形技术完成临床产品制造,是具有复杂形状医学内植物产品较为理想的制造方法。这里通过对两种内植物产品制造工艺的具体分析,阐述了这一先进制造技术在生物医学工程中的研究和应用。

Abstract:As far as the medical implant of complex shape is concerned, this technology is a good way of fabrication which using the data of the object tissue measured by medical CT or MRI etc. to reverse and reconstruct three - dimensional digital model of medical implant with reverse software, the fabrication of clinical product is finished through rapid prototyping technology. This paper expounds the research and application of the advanced fabrication technology in biomedicine engineering through the ancdysis for two kinds of fabrication technology of medical implant.
