| Abstract: | On the basis of the human resources management theory of modern enterprises, the problems in the human resources management work of Longmenshan Limestone Mine are analyzed and a series of suggestions on the human resources development of the mine are put forward, which gives a refevence to the human resources development of the state-owned mine enterprises. |
