摘    要:针对南京热电厂6号机组(125MW)的凝结水系统,将凝结水泵的定速运行改造为变频调速,并采用模糊控制技术控制凝泵转速和补水门开度,以便在稳定或变负荷情况下维持除氧器水位和凝汽器水位。实际运行表明,该控制系统不仅具有优良的控制品质,而且由于凝泵采用了变频调速,具有非常明显的节能效果。

Abstract:For the condense water system of No.6 unit (125MW) in Nanjing Thermal Electrical Power Plant, this paper firstly uses transducers to regulating the speed of condense water pumps, then the fuzzy logic control technique is employed to maintain the deaerator's and condenser's levels. The practical running results show that the fuzzy control system not only had good performance, but also obtained clearly the effect of decreasing the power consumption of condense water pump because of the frequency regulating speed.
