| 摘 要： | 介绍光缆加强用磷化钢丝的特点 ,说明光缆用磷化钢丝取代镀锌钢丝的原因 ,阐述了光缆加强用磷化钢丝的生产工艺 ,给出表面磷化处理的工艺参数 ,在规格与偏差、表面质量、力学性能等方面对本企业生产的磷化钢丝与进口磷化钢丝及合资企业生产的磷化钢丝进行比较 ,结果显示本企业生产的磷化钢丝已达到国外同类产品水平 ,可替代进口

| Abstract: | To introduce the characteristics of phosphating steel wire for reinforcing fibre optic cable The reason of replacing galvanized steel wire fibre optic cable with phosphating steel wire is explained The production process of phosphating steel wire for reinforcing fibre optic cable is expounded,and the process parameters of phosphating are given The specification and deviation,surface quality and mechanical properties of the phosphating steel wire made in this enterprise are compared with that of the wire made in joint ventures and that of imported wire The result shows that the phosphating steel wire made in this enterprise has come up to advanced level of the same product made in foreign countries,and which can replace importing of the product |
