摘    要:针对酶解不同蛋白质制备降血压肽进行综述,介绍了制备降血压肽的原料、分离提取方法以及活性测定、结构分析的研究进展。

Abstract:At present antihypertensive peptides are mainly derived from the products by enzymatic hydrolysis. The preparation of antihypertensive peptides is discussed in the paper, and the research advances on its raw materials, separation and extraction methods, as well as activation determination and structure analysis are introduced.
